When you register your interest or contact us through this website, we collect: your full name, email address, WhatsApp number, country of residence, buying timeline, marketing acquisition channel, your stated buying signal regarding price, and any free-text message you send. We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, through Google Analytics and HubSpot tracking.
We collect this information for three reasons: (1) to contact you about LivMalik Project I, including weekly build updates and reservation alerts; (2) to qualify and prioritise leads so we can respond to serious buyers first; (3) to understand which marketing channels are reaching the audience we want to serve.
Your contact data is stored in HubSpot CRM, hosted on HubSpot's EU servers. Form submissions are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We do not store payment information.
We keep your data for as long as you remain on our mailing list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we will remove it from our CRM within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your contact details with: our legal counsel Bashmash Solicitors (if you become a buyer and your transaction requires it); Nigerian regulatory authorities (if specifically required by law).
You can ask us at any time to: see what data we hold on you; correct it; delete it; stop processing it; or transfer it to another service. Send any such request to hello@livmalik.com. We respond within 30 days.
