A Nigerian Developer
Most Nigerian developers ask for trust before they earn it.
We build slowly, openly, and on the record.
The diaspora sends home twenty billion dollars a year. Too much of it disappears.
Every house we build is photographed from foundation to keys.
A home you can watch being built is a home you can trust.
LivMalik
Homes worth waiting for. Built openly. Built well.

LivMalik site week 1: perimeter wall complete, container office in place, neighbouring homes behind the wall
Week 1

Site fenced, gated, and ready.

Perimeter wall complete. Site office container in position. Timber and blocks staged for the foundation crew. The finished homes behind our wall are the neighbourhood we are joining, not the standard we are setting.

Week 2

Borehole done. Materials arriving.

Borehole successfully drilled and completed. Granite, blocks, and sand are being delivered to site for commencement of construction on Àríkẹ́, Ivory, and Adé.

Project I · Eden · Three Homes

Àríkẹ́, Ivory, and Adé. Three homes, named with intent.

The first, Àríkẹ́, is named after our founder's mother. Each home carries a Yoruba name alongside its construction number. Status updated weekly as the build progresses.

Adebayo "Malik" Adekola, founder of LivMalik
The Founder

"Every home I build, I build like my mother is moving in. That standard never changes."

Malik is a Nigerian entrepreneur based in the United Kingdom. He spent the first 22 years of his life in Ibadan, the city where LivMalik is building Project I. Before LivMalik, he founded and ran KclautX, TheKclaut, and Repmirror. LivMalik is the real estate arm of that entrepreneurial work, the one closest to home and the one that took the longest to start, because building it well mattered more than building it fast.
